Adam's love for music flourished from an early age and continues to be his passion to this day. At just 15 years old, he dove headfirst into the industry and eventually attended The Omega Studios' School of Applied Recording Arts & Sciences. Along the way, Adam had the privilege of touring with well known artists like Jimmie's Chicken Shack, Black Sabbath, Papa Roach, Alan Jackson, Patti LaBelle, and Marc Anthony, amassing a wealth of knowledge and fascinating experiences to share.
After the rigors of touring took their toll, Adam decided to put down roots in Annapolis and focus on providing exceptional audio engineering and DJ services for local bands at weddings and other events. When he's not immersed in music, he spends his time caring for his loyal dog, Han, competing on a beer league hockey team, and exploring the world with his fiancé, who doubles as his live-in headshot photographer and diving partner.

They have a very easy, intuitive planning form that you fill out with all your song choices, requests, music genres, etc. It also includes a timeline which helped keep our wedding night on track! A few weeks before our wedding we had a meeting with the team to discuss our planning form/music choices and they knocked it out of the park. Can we request specific songs or genres for our event?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your preferences with us. We will give you access to a personal client portal with planning forms that will allow you to plan and choose everything for your event. Closer to your event, you will have a final meeting with the DJ/MC to discuss all the final details and music.
Do you offer a consultation before the event?
Yes, we allow for multiple phone calls to discuss your event's details, music preferences, and any specific requirements you may have. You may also meet in-person with us ahead of your event, if we can make it work.
What type of equipment do you use, and is it top-quality?

How far in advance should we book District DJ?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding and event seasons. Typically, 12 - 18 months in advance is ideal.
Do you offer packages for destination weddings or events outside your local area?
Yes, we have traveled out of our normal regions and can discuss customized packages to accommodate your specific needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is outlined in our contract, which we'll share with you upon requesting a contract. Generally, we require a notice period and may have a cancellation fee depending on the timing and situation.
How do we secure our booking with District DJ?
To secure your booking, we require a signed contract and a deposit. Details will be provided upon requesting a contract.
